I have extensive business experience within the Navy, retail management, and several years consulting. In my opinion, the most neglected area of leadership is the middle "leader". It is here that strategy meets execution, where "stuff" really gets done...or doesn't get done. I don't believe enough focus has been given to training and coaching the middle leader. I developed this blog hoping to create a dialogue on leadership, management and what's possible from the middle leader's perspective.
